About Frank Suitter
Frank Suitter graduated with honors from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science in banking and finance. Three years later, he received his Juris Doctor degree with honors from George Washington University National Law Center, Washington, D.C. While in Washington, D.C, he was employed as a financial analyst with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. Also while at the Commission, he worked in the Branch of Market Surveillance, monitoring the securities trading activities in the markets.
After passing the Utah State Bar, Mr. Suitter joined a Salt Lake City law firm. He was a founding partner of Suitter Axland, a Utah professional law firm. Mr. Suitter's emphasis is on government, corporate, business and banking law. A member of the Utah State Bar and the Salt Lake County Bar Association, he has been admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Utah, the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States.
